Yoga Nidra is systematic relaxation — awareness between wake and sleep. BSY/Satyananda method: rotation of consciousness, breath awareness, sankalpa. Used in DYeD and stress-management units.

Stages (BSY outline)
EN: (1) Shavasana setup. (2) Sankalpa (positive resolve). (3) Rotation of consciousness — body parts. (4) Breath awareness. (5) Visualisation (optional). (6) Return with sankalpa repeat.
HI: (1) शवासन। (2) संकल्प। (3) शरीर भ्रमण। (4) श्वास। (5) visualization (वैकल्पिक)। (6) संकल्प दोहराएँ।
