Aavashyak dastavej course ke anusar alag-alag honge — pehle apne course ki suchi dekhen. Form nikatam Prashikshan Kendra par hi bhara jana hai. Kendra Adhyaksh aapki form bhartee mein madad karenge. Adhik jaankari ke liye Head Office se official email ya mobile par sampark karen.

Pariksha form ki last date 15 November 2014 hai. Kendra par apni upasthiti darj karen aur fee receipt sath rakhen. Form incomplete hone par pravesti svikar nahin ho sakti.
