Aavashyak dastavej course ke anusar alag-alag honge — pehle apne course ki suchi dekhen. Form nikatam Prashikshan Kendra par hi bhara jana hai. Kendra Adhyaksh aapki form bhartee mein madad karenge. Adhik jaankari ke liye Head Office se official email ya mobile par sampark karen.

Pariksha form ki last date end of May 2017 (see PDF) hai. Kendra par apni upasthiti darj karen aur fee receipt sath rakhen. Form incomplete hone par pravesti svikar nahin ho sakti.

The examination form must be submitted before end of May 2017 (see PDF). Visit your centre to confirm attendance on records and keep your fee receipt ready. Incomplete or late forms may not be accepted.
