Vidhi / Method — विधि
Safe practices
EN: (1) Tadasana, modified Trikonasana with support. (2) Cat-cow on all fours (not deep). (3) Butterfly / Baddha Konasana seated. (4) Anulom Vilom — slow, no Kumbhaka. (5) Yoga Nidra side-lying in 3rd trimester.
HI: (1) ताड़ासन, supported त्रिकोण। (2) cat-cow (हल्का)। (3) titli / बddha konasana। (4) अनुलोम विलोम — धीरे। (5) योग निद्रा side-lying (3rd trimester)।
