Pranayama (YS II.49) extends breath after asana. YCB practicum includes Bhastrika, Kapalabhati, Anulom Vilom, Ujjayi, Bhramari, Sheetali/Sheetkari. Puraka, Rechaka, Kumbhaka (advanced only with teacher).

Vidhi / Method — विधि
Three phases & key practices
Puraka / Rechaka / Kumbhaka: EN — Inhalation, exhalation, retention (advanced). HI — पूरक, रेचक, कुम्भक (उन्नत)।
Anulom Vilom: EN — Alternate nostril; slow; balance. HI — नाड़ी शोधन; धीरे।
Kapalabhati / Bhastrika: EN — Active practices; avoid in pregnancy, hernia, uncontrolled BP. HI — सक्रिय; गर्भ/हर्निया/BP में नहीं।
