Bhujangasana is a prone backbend — chest lifted, pelvis on floor. Surya Namaskar step 7 uses Puraka. Strengthens spine extensors when practised with alignment.

भुजंगासन — पेट के बल लेटकर छाती ऊपर, श्रोणि जमीन पर। सूर्य नमस्कार चरण 7 — पूरक। संरेखण से रीढ़ extensors मजबूत।
Vidhi / Method — विधि

Method
EN: (1) Lie prone, legs together, tops of feet on floor. (2) Palms under shoulders, elbows close. (3) Inhale — lift chest using back muscles; minimal arm push. (4) Shoulders down; gaze forward or slightly up. (5) Hold 15–30 sec; exhale to release.
HI: (1) पेट के बल, पैर मिले। (2) हथेलियाँ कंधों के नीचे। (3) पूरक — छाती पीठ की muscles से; कम हाथ। (4) कंधे नीचे। (5) 15–30 सेक; रेचक में छोड़ें।
