Vidhi / Method — विधि

Standing yoga asanas group

Key asanas — brief vidhi

Tadasana / Vrikshasana / Trikonasana: EN — Stand stable; tree = one foot on inner thigh/calf (not knee); triangle = wide legs, reach to shin/ankle. HI — स्थिर खड़े; वृक्ष = एक पैर जांघ/पिंडली पर; त्रिकोण = चौड़े पैर, हाथ पिंडली/टखने।

Padahastasana / Ardha Chandrasana: EN — Forward fold; half-moon = balance on one leg with block/wall support for beginners. HI — forward fold; अर्ध चंद्र = एक पैर पर balance, block सहारा।
