Method summary
Sukhasana: EN — Easy cross-leg; spine tall. HI — आसान cross-leg; रीढ़ सीधी।
Vajrasana: EN — Kneel, sit on heels; cushion under ankles if needed. HI — घुटने पर बैठें; एड़ी पर; cushion।
Padmasana prep: EN — Half-lotus first; never force. HI — आधा पद्म पहले; जबरदस्ती नहीं।
