Dhyana (meditation) is the seventh limb of Ashtanga Yoga (YS III.1–2) — progression from Dharana (concentration) to unbroken meditative flow. Taught in DYeD, DYTT, and pranayama-meditation programmes. Complements Yoga Nidra A10 (relaxation, not classical dhyana).
